4. Orders and Payment

All sales are final. Because all cakes are made to order and perishable, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be offered once an order has been confirmed.

Payment processing is handled via Stripe as a third-party provider. Laura’s Cakes is not responsible for any errors, delays, or service interruptions related to third-party payment platforms.

5. Collection and Fulfilment

All items are for collection only, as indicated at the time of ordering. Collection times will be arranged and communicated once an order is confirmed.

Customers are responsible for collecting their order on time. Laura’s Cakes cannot be held liable for any spoilage or damage resulting from late pickup or improper transport after collection.

6. Limitation of Liability

Laura’s Cakes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the website or the purchase of any products, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or personal injury resulting from misuse.
